Had a very limited time to go junking today, but I did manage to find one great sale on my way home from a not-so-great sale. I drove a pretty good distant to attend a sale advertised as "huge" with antiques, etc., only to find a minimal amount of nothing but overpriced junk. On my way home I stopped at three others and bought nothing, except for some tennis balls for my kids and dog.
Then, I happened to see one more sign and took a chance. They were closing up the sale and were willing to take minimal prices on everything left. Among the cool things I bought for a song, are the items pictured. These will definitely decorate my home until they sell in my shop (and they probably will sell, because they're so cool). I spent a total of $15 at that sale and even got an antique table (it needs a lot of work).
Check back for some more cool findings and a couple other things that I'm working on.
Now, I'm off to enjoy the outdoors with my spray paint...

I really like those cool corbels. They would look awesome in a living room or dining room.
I'll bet the spelling book has some great collage pages. I might have to look into buying that if it's listed on your etsy shop...
Love that 'manly' spelling book! Some other great finds too! One time my husband drove 3 hrs. to look at a boat that he was assured was a gem. Absolute waste of time! So frustrating, eh?!!
